cd55954e4e Fix the return types of all (six) libvo API functions. Used to be uint32_t, but 
return values can be negative (VO_ERROR, VO_NOTAVAIL and VO_NOTIMPL), so it's
changed to int now.

892980bfd0 incorporate all image drawing in single function and use fixed vo_xv_draw_colorkey() for proper key drawing. 
This time panscan should be really bugfree (blackbars used to stay)

595b013b7c fix vo_xv_draw_colorkey to a workable state 
(using panscan makes x,y negative, so it is very bad idea they to be unsigned)

22c533e6ed defer loading of the font after display size change to avoid useless 
reloading - hack, but needed because for most of the vo's the panscan
information and screen size are updated asynchronously
