Remove '(pass 1/2)' from some lavcopts. These options really worked on
...
all passes, and most options that worked on all passes weren't marked
at all. It's valid to assume that any option not marked otherwise will
work on all passes.

Add a new suboption to -vo xv and -vo xvmc that allows selection

of XVideo adaptor to be used (instead of default one, which is #0 ).
This is useful for example if you'd rather like to use the original
Overlay renderer of your GPU instead of the texture blitting engine
(which is usually default), which is number one cause of nasty
video tearing effects.

Support select subtitle by source, add 4 properties:

1. sub_source for current sub source (sub file, vobsub, or from demuxer).
2. sub_file for all subtitles from files.
3. sub_vobsub for all subtitles from vobsub.
4. sub_demux for all subtitles from demuxer.
Now mplayer can supply a stable and clear interface to external programs
using mplayer in slave mode to select a subtitle by its source and
its unique id for that source printed by mplayer using -identify parameter.
