Dean Herbert ec3761ced9 Standardise control point search logic in `OverlappingScrollAlgorithm`
Was using a very local algorithm which I cannot guarantee is correct.
I'd rather it just use the one used everywhere else.

Dean Herbert 4f6263ef86 Make many internal classes and methods public
This is important when using dynamic compiling to rapidly iterate. Until we actually split projects out into pieces (like the abstract ruleset project we have talked about) there is no advantage to using internal in the osu! game code.

This won't change anything as is since all hit objects are given a depth at the moment.

Also removing a lot of mania code relating to gravity mod for now.
