Preliminary Support for building MPlayer with Intel C++ compiler.

Still needs some work to use the proper optimization parameters.
I haven't yet fixed the loader/dmo/dshow code so compile those dirs using
make -C loader CC=gcc [...] for the meantime.
To try use CC=icc ./configure with ICC 8.0 or later.
