c66e62b6a5 "halfpack" (yuv planar 4:2:0 -> packed 4:2:2, half height) video filter 
(useful for downsampling luma for low-res output devices without

dbe6e80231 colorspace part cleanup and support for IMGFMT_422P, _444P 
i didn't removed the 422p->yuy2 conversion yet, because of swscaler can't
output yuy2 and 422p->yv12 loses quality :(

1d3c0d3999 Generate ffmpeg compatible vstats_<time>.log, when -lavdopts vstats is specified. 
Data in my tests was 100% the same, only type= is currently missing, as avctx->key_frame
isn't set on decoding and I dunno where to get that info from mplayer-core.

7f025d4e46 use built-in yvu9->yv12 code, because it requires all src/dst strides and 
offsets, the params passed to postproc's converter is simply not enough...
(temp. solution, waiting for yvu9 support in swscale)

d32c4241da Implement Nilmoni's and Bernd Ernesti's patches for: 
Better real codec dir detection and NetBSD real support.
Fix Nilmonis code, so it's working like expected.
Move a debug printf to mp_msg and some fixes in demux_real.c.
Some cosmetics :) -> RealPlayer 8 to RealPlayer, as RealOne (aka RealPlayer 9 works, too)
