74e2767527 Remove technical description of DVDs and libdvdread implementation. 
It is out of place in the user-level documentation and there are
more exhaustive sources elsewhere.

1dbfe77925 added .stream_aspect to st_video_t: if non-zero and if not specified otherwise 
by the user the video pipeline will use it as current aspect ratio

374e9dd5ba Support for selecting language via packet 28. 
Also  allows to select default teletext language.
It will be used if language is not specified by network provider
via packet 28.
