5e63efb850 Use full internal pathname in doxygen @file directives. 
Otherwise doxygen complains about ambiguous filenames when files exist
under the same name in different subdirectories.

0e77da241d command.c: Fix some commands crashing during audio-only playback 
The SWITCH_RATIO and VF_CHANGE_RECTANGLE cases crashed if the user
gave those commands when there was no video stream. Make them no-op
instead.

88aca1ef25 Do not use select n lirc code, instead set the fd non-blocking. 
select can not work because lirc_nextcode buffers data internally,
causing events to be delayed until the next keypress in some cases.
