dbe4e49033 Add a hack to detect when we are writing into a Windows pipe since the fseek 
incorrectly does not fail like it should.
This ensures we will not incorrectly append the file header at the end.
Based on patch by Zhou Zongyi [zhouzongyi at pset.suntec.net]

6e695dc64f Remove all kind of trailing whitespaces from all MPlayer's files. 
This affects all kind of spaces (' ',^I,^M,^L,...): actually
[:space:] regex character set.

eafe5b7517 Make sure that -Ilibdvdread4 appears in CFLAGS before any system directories 
so that internal dvdread headers do not conflict with system headers.
