0e99017da9 Change glCreateClearTex to use the same host data format as later uploads. 
This fixes at least some of the massive performance problems the ATI drivers have.

261e389fdd With -identify, ID_DVD_VOLUME_ID is not shown on some systems. 
Using DVDISOVolumeInfo instead of DVDUDFVolumeInfo fixes this.
