Tatjana Dehler	18875ef337	mgr/dashboard: add telemetry report component ... Add a telemetry component in order to give the user the possibility to configure the telemetry module in a more guided fashion. The component offers broader explanations, shows a preview of the generated report and asks the user to accept the license before enabling the module.
