Updates/fixes for Windows build instructions

* Use depot_tools to prepare breakpad instead of invoking gyp
* directly--fixes missing directory error
* Formatting consistency
* Help for common errors
* Use `/Zi` instead of `/ZI` for building openal-soft--fixes flag conflict
* for Debug configuration
