Mike Frysinger 7179fd8738 man: standardize spacing with pointers in prototypes
The majority of prototypes don't put a space between the "*" and the
parameter name. i.e. this style is incorrect:
	char * foo;
Instead, we want:
	char *foo;

Fix a bunch of references that use this uncommon style.
