Commit f1352e7399 ("policycoreutils: setfiles - Utility to find
security.restorecon_last entries") introduced restorecon_xattr binary
without adding it to .gitignore.

Reads in a policy package file via stdin or via filename, and writes out
the equivilent CIL to stdout or to an output file, depending on the
parameters passed in.

.tx is the transifex configuration directory which is used to pull the
latest translations from the transifex web site.
