libsepol: use str_read() where appropriate
Use the internal helper str_read() in more places while reading strings from a binary policy. This improves readability and helps adjusting future sanity checks on inputs in fewer places. Signed-off-by: Christian Göttsche <cgzones@googlemail.com> Acked-by: James Carter <jwcart2@gmail.com>
