Properly handle Ctrl+C on Windows
By default, Ctrl+C just kills the process on Windows. This caused corrupted video files on recording. Handle Ctrl+C properly to clean up properly. Fixes #818 <https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues/818>
