* Add fuzzy search to /graph textarea
We have a few thousands different metrics and looking up some of them
can be quite annoying with the simple string matching.
This patch adds a fuzzy search to the textarea lookup box on the /graph
page. It uses a small neat library from github.com/mattyork/fuzzy.
* Add fuzzy lib to NOTICE and re-build assets
Previously built assets changed the mode.
We were using Godep incorrectly (cloning repos from the internet during
build time instead of including Godeps/_workspace in the GOPATH via
"godep go"). However, to avoid even having to fetch "godeps" from the
internet during build, this now just copies the vendored files into the
GOPATH.
Also, the protocol buffer library moved from Google Code to GitHub,
which is reflected in these updates.

- Move CONTRIBUTORS.md to the more common AUTHORS.
- Added the required NOTICE file.
- Changed "Prometheus Team" to "The Prometheus Authors".
- Reverted the erroneous changes to the Apache License.
