Add taggedAddress to the labels in ConsulSD (#5001)
Useful when multiple (tagged) addresses for a node are exposed on the catalog API Ref. https://www.consul.io/api/catalog.html#taggedaddresses Signed-off-by: Samuel Alfageme <samuel@alfage.me>
