Allow unsubscribing from solo statistics updates
This is more of a safety item. To avoid potential duplicate key in
dictionary errors (and also avoid being slightly memory-leaky), allow
`SoloStatisticsWatcher` consumers to dispose of the subscriptions they
take out.
