Refresh patches.
Remove upstreamed patches:

Update patch that no longer applies:
pending/493-ubi-set-ROOT_DEV-to-ubiblock-rootfs-if-unset.patch

Fixes CVE-2017-8824.

Compile-tested: octeon, x86/64.
