Martin Blumenstingl 2964353927 kernel: ltq-vmmc: Fix compilation with Linux 5.15
MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICE is gone after Linux 5.15. Drop it's usage on
newer kernels to fix compilation with Linux 5.15.
