Martin Schiller aac25bdba5 kernel: 4.19: Backport usb dwc2 lpm mode hw check 
This patch backports verbatim the commit from Linux 5.2-rc7 that fixes
the warnings about invalid lpm related parameters on hardware which
don't that.

This is the case for e.g. lantiq xrx200 targets.

Supported only in Linux 4.17 an later.

Koen Vandeputte 880a4b334e cns3xxx: don't use invalid mask value for clock events 
According to a commit from kernel 4.18-rc3, it's not valid
to use "cpu_mask_all" for clock events and it should be
replaced in favor of "cpu_possible_mask" [1]

This warning was seen when booting kernel 4.19 on a cns3xxx board.
Let's fix it also here just to be safe.

Mathias Kresin 22ae14d0e7 cns3xxx: fix mtu setting with kernel 4.14 
Since kernel 4.10 commit 61e84623ace3 ("net: centralize net_device
min/max MTU checking"), the range of mtu is [min_mtu, max_mtu], which
is [68, 1500] by default.

It's necessary to set a max_mtu if a mtu > 1500 is supported.

Sergey Ryazanov bdc2b58c4b kernel: enable FUTEX_PI by default 
New FUTEX_PI configuration symbol enabled if FUTEX and RT_MUTEX symbols
are enabled. Both of these symbols are enabled by default in the
generic config, so enable FUTEX_PI by default too to keep platform
specific configs minimal.

Mathias Kresin c4ac02ffca treewide: remove obsolete sysupgrade watchdog kill 
The watchdog kill command was meant for busybox watchdog. Busybox watchdog
was replaced by the procd watchdog mid 2013 with commit df7ce9301a
("busybox: disable the watchdog utility by default"), which makes the kill
command obsolete since quite some time.

This is triggered by calling eth_schedule_poll(sw) after the IRQ has
been re-enabled.

Rework the network code to only enable IRQ's again if NAPI agrees it's
safe to do so.

Also only re-enable IRQ *after* cleaning up the RX ring and re-enabling
DMA, which otherwise resulted in ugly warnings regarding dirty page
fragments.
These popped up nearly immediately when building the kernel with O2 iso
Os.

--> Note that this change fixes stability issues, at the cost of ~8%
throughput performance.

While at it, also change the iface name being used in warning prints,
making it more obvious: "switch%d" --> "cns3xxx_eth"

The changes have been tested on 4 boards, each moving ~30TB of data
