config: regenerate *_shipped sources
The pregenerated `zconf.hash.c` and `zconf.lex.c` files have not been
kept in sync with their respective `*.y` and `*.l` sources in the past
causing our kconfig implementation to not recognize important kconfig
grammer elements such as relational `<`, `<=`, `>` and `>=` operators.
