kernel: use eth_random_addr instead of random_ether_addr

Browse Source 
random_ether_addr is just a reference to eth_random_addr, that was later
dropped in more recent kernel version.

Drop random_ether_addr and use eth_random_addr directly to fix
compilation error in 6.1
