Refreshed all patches.

Remove upstreamed:
- 014-Kbuild-suppress-packed-not-aligned-warning-for-defau.patch

Compile-tested: ar7, brcm2708

setting only
gcc-8 reports many -Wpacked-not-aligned warnings. The below are some
examples.
