Old --> New --> LTO and threads
e2fsprogs_*_mips_24kc.ipk: 173 --> 174 --> 154kbyte
libblkid_*_mips_24kc.ipk:  114 --> 114 --> 114kbyte
libext2fs_*_mips_24kc.ipk: 138 --> 139 --> 139kbyte
