Darren Tucker 3804903a09 - (dtucker) [acconfig.h configure.ac openbsd-compat/bsd-misc.{c,h}]
Remove SETGROUPS_NOOP, was only used by Cygwin, which doesn't need it any
   more.  Patch from vinschen at redhat.com.
