	 Added openbsd-compat/bsd-cray.c.  Rest will be merged after

missing or lacks the GLOB_ALTDIRFUNC extension
 - (djm) Remove -I$(srcdir)/openbsd-compat from CFLAGS, refer to headers
   relatively. Avoids conflict between glob.h and /usr/include/glob.h
