- Added (untested) Entropy Gathering Daemon (EGD) support

- Merged several minor fixed:
   - ssh-agent commandline parsing
   - RPM spec file now installs ssh setuid root
   - Makefile creates libdir
   - Merged beginnings of Solaris compability from Marc G. Fournier
