- Added support for directory-based lastlogs

- Really fix typedefs, patch from Ben Taylor <bent@clark.net>
 - Prevent multiple inclusion of config.h and defines.h. Suggested
   by Andre Lucas <andre.lucas@dial.pipex.com>
