Stefano Pigozzi 44d1756e33 ad_ffmpeg: add support for planar sample formats ... FFmpeg and Libav are starting to return a growing number of planar samples when decoding formats that save data like that. In this first implementation planar formats are immediately converted to packed formats. Fututre developments should move to use libavresample.
