wm4 59cdfe50b2 rpi: destroy fullscreen change handling ... Get rid of the legacy VOCTRL (which will be removed later). I'm not sure what exactly fullscreen was supposed to do (toggling between using the entire display, and what --geometry forced?), but I don't care, just get rid of the VOCTRL.
