kraymer 85d36ecfc2 r23416: Drop the metadata stuff and replace it with generic property string expansion. 
r23588: The audio balance feature implemented with af_pan.
r23745: Add the sub_scale property and command.
r23747: Add a loop command and property.
version bump to r23834
