gpoirier 03bd73e9ab Sync with ... 1.815: use a configurable-size ringbuffer instead of a pipe for buffering key events. 1.814: sstep is usually inaccurate. 1.813: -identify now prints subtitle/audio track information. 1.812: -double is now default, thus -nodouble needs to be documented instead.
