this is a combo patch that:
...
1) adds an experimental TS demuxer to mplayer
2) adds an input (streaming) interface from DVB cards.
It compiles and runs with the following versions of the drivers:
dvb-kernel (HEAD) (with stock kernel 2.4.20) and 0.9.4 (with kernel 2.4.18)

some cleanups, ts demuxer fixes by me

This patch corrects the calculation of the MPEG bitrate from the

Add the new -vf option wich is the same as vop in reverse order.
...
Syntax is we decided, so you can give the nomes or not with both
vop and vf. vf take precedence over vop.

*more compact encoding of common name/type for info packets
*removing fixed entries at the start of info packets (simpler)
*removing stuffing packet (uneeded, vlc itself allows padding)
*fixing sample code
