bd645471b8 Change LIB to LIBNAME to fix compilation. 
This is in line with the other Makefiles and does not clash with FFmpeg.

cb832df90c dvd subtitles should be disabled by default, and enabled specifying -sid or -slang; this fix also restores the display of other subtitles types when dvd subs are present

9a46d7eb56 xlibs-dev don't exist anymore, as well as libpng-dev and libgtk-dev. 
Moreover, we now also support gtk2.
