...
sizeof(char) and similar 1 byte types, &&1, ||0, +0, -0, *1, *0
typical usage: ./checktree.sh -none -stupid -showcont somefile.c

fix matching of MSDOS line endings
...
The CVS-->Subversion conversion removed the ^M and it is impossible to
check one back in. Setting svn:eol-style to CRLF or CR is not an option
because it will change the whole file.
