diego a06a3d476d Move SetCodecPath() from loader to get_path.c and make it unconditional. 
This fixes compilation with the Win32 loader disabled but other binary
codec loaders enabled.

diego a04b23c3b3 Drop support for XANIM_MOD_DIR environment variable. 
It is now possible to specify alternative codec paths on the comand line.
Furthermore, XANIM_MOD_DIR was never properly documented.

diego aee9749bca Replace separate Win32, XAnim and Real codec directories by one global dir. 
Nowadays MPlayer does not use the codecs from other installed programs.
A runtime setting will soon take over the rare case that binary codecs
should be searched for in non-standard directories.

Note that r30455 is wrong, that commit does not in fact change the
default behavior as claimed in the commit message. It only breaks
"-af-adv force=0", which was already pretty much useless though.

diego 05ef58b9f7 Revert marking seemingly unused XAnim-binary-related functions as static. 
The functions are required to load binary XAnim codecs, so they need to be kept.

Uoti Urpala 31db39d8ec Make video decoder description structs const 
This makes the per-decoder struct vd_functions and its ->info
struct constants. Same for the mpcodecs_vd_drivers[] table of
pointers to those structs.

arpi 0f724cea8d - some cleanup, unused code removed 
- some debug messages moved dbg3->dbg2
- mpi allocation moved to the codec callback func, exporting instead of
  memcpy whenever it's possible
- indeo3 colors somehow got fixed :)
