feec550941 * Fix for the broken MultiDec files I had originally posted with the 
first version of the demuxer. They play ok now. Fix can be disabled
through conditional compiling, so just comment out the #define directive
if it breaks anything (see source).
* Demuxer now honours audio/video ids. Since PVAs only contain one audio
track and one video track by specification, they are vid 0 and aid 0.
This also fixes the "too many audio/video packets in buffer" with
-dump[audio|video].
* substituted longs with off_t's for offsets, so that it should work on
large files.

88ab61eaab - demuxer->audio->id is set to -2 when using 'frameno.avi', so 
in that case, just skip audio packets.
- When processing NuppelVideo files with mencoder,
  remaining time, estimated size, etc. fields are not computed.
  SOLUTION: Update demuxer->filepos variable when reading the packets.

11d695ebbf SPARC gcc generates bad code accessing an unaligned and packed structure member 
(See gcc problem report PR c/7847); mplayer crashes with SIGBUS signal.

Added a workaround: copy the unaligned stucture member to a temporary local
variable using memcpy, and use that in the code.

9954e006ae - simpler http_response_append (uses realloc()) 
- http_response_append addes extra 0 byte to close teh string
  (some functions like http_is_header_entire() use standard string
  functions like strstr which requires trailing zero)
- check for NULL string in http_is_header_entire()

d4197da915 - Tell the RTSP client code to use the string "mplayer" in RTSP 
"User-Agent:" fields.  NOTE: This requires an up-to-date version of the
LIVE.COM Streaming Media libraries.
- Fix a bug that could cause mplayer to crash on exit if a "rtsp://" URL was bad.

17b7e7153b - changed re-muxed packet structure (see struct dp_hdr_t) 
now the packets can be encapsulated into avi or other file formats
- skip redundant/resent fragments (bit 0x20 set of first byte of frag)

- multithreaded audio/video buffering (I know mplayer crew hates threads
  but it seems to me as the only way of doing reliable a/v capture)
- a/v timebase synchronization (sample count vs. gettimeofday)
- "immediate" mode support for mplayer
- fixed colorspace stuff - RGB?? and YUY2 modes now work as expected
- native ALSA audio capture
- separated audio input layer

d2673b6e3b - Create and set up a "BITMAPINFOHEADER" and "WAVEFORMATEX" structure for 
video and audio (respectively) RTP streams.  (This allows RTP streams that
  use non MPEG codecs to work.)
