6943b13bb5 seeking based on the largest timestamp in an mpeg stream 
It is often more accurate than the current seeking and it has the
additional benefit of giving the (almost) precise total time of the movie.

simplify resampling factor if possible, so more then one resampler can be used, libaf will still die if there are too many like it does with the default resampler (2 with sampling rates which are relative prime are too many ...)

49ec55840e make uninstall was leaving vidix, dha, and libmpdvdkit libraries 
and translated manpages as well. This fixes the issue.
Resolves bug #9 (hopefully)
Based on Bugzilla patch by Evgueni V. Gavrilov (aquatique at rusunix.org)
