c93f360e3d fix segfault in the skin browser when sbSelectedSkin gets dereferenced before setting, when no skin is selected in the skin list upon opening the browser, 
and "Cancel" or "OK" buttons get clicked.
Noticed when runnig freshly compiled gmplayer on a system where the skins were still under the old location.
based on a combined patch by Stanislav Maslovski <stanislav POIS maslovski AH gmail POIS com>

386e76a544 Avoid gcc warnings: 
'...' might be used uninitialized in this function

In this case 'H', 'N', 'D', and 'F' can indeed be
used unitialized, thus possibly causing all sorts of problems.

84e6e3240c Convert this file to UTF-8 as it contains funky caracters from all around the world. 
What's even better is that this gets rid of a GTK assertion error. \o/

715592ae83 100l, video_out.h is now needed for some vo_ variables. 
This is ugly, but interface.c already does it like that, so why bother...
