James Ross-Gowan c754c31d6f w32_common: avoid unnecessary sprintfs
These were unnecessary for a couple of reasons, but it seems like the
old code went through a lot of effort to avoid duplicating the code to
print a RECT, even though the windowrc gets printed anyway at the end of
the function.

Avoid printing the same windowrc twice by only printing it when it gets
changed (in the w32->current_fs branch.)

pavelxdd edbe25f38a w32_common: use the screen working area when resizing the window
This makes the default fit on screen, autofit and window-scale
changing behavior to use the screen working area, instead of
the whole screen area.

As a result mpv window doesn't cover the taskbar now when opening
videos with size larger than the screen size.

The actual behavior now is the same as expected behavior for
usecases 1-4 from #4363.

This commit also removes the screenrc from w32 struct.
The screen rect can now be retrieved via `get_screen_area` function,
which was renamed from `update_screen_rect`.

On a multi-monitor system, if the user moved the window between
monitors, this function will return the current screen area under
the window, and not the screen area from monitor specified by
`--screen` option. The `--screen` option sets the initial monitor
the mpv window is displayed on.

pavelxdd d13f9d0886 w32_common: refactor and improve window state handling
Refactored and split the `reinit_window_state` code into four
separate functions:
- `update_window_style` used to update window styles without
modifying the window rect.
- `fit_window_on_screen` used to adjust the window size when it is
larger than the screen size. Added a helper function `fit_rect` to
fit one rect on another without using any data from w32 struct.
- `update_fullscreen_state` used to calculate the new fullscreen
state and adjust the window rect accordingly.
- `update_window_state` used to display the window on screen with
new size, position and ontop state.

This commit fixes three issues:
- fixed #4753 by skipping `fit_window_on_screen` for a maximized
window, since maximized window should already fit on the screen.
It should be noted that this bug was only reproducible with
`--fit-border` option which is enabled by default. The cause of the
bug is that after calling the `add_window_borders` for a maximized
window, the rect in result is slightly larger than the screen rect,
which is okay, `SetWindowPos` will interpret it as a maximized state
later, so no auto-fitting to screen size is needed here.
- fixed #5215 by skipping `fit_window_on_screen` when leaving fullscreen.
On a multi-monitor system if the mpv window was stretched to cover
multiple monitors, its size was reset after switching back from
fullscreen to fit the size of the active monitor. Also, when changing
`--ontop` and `--border` options, now only the
`update_window_style` and `update_window_state` functions are used,
so `fit_window_on_screen` is not used for them too.
- fixed #2451 by moving the `ITaskbarList2_MarkFullscreenWindow`
below the `SetWindowPos`. If the taskbar is notified about fullscreen
state before the window is shown on screen, the taskbar button could
be missing until Alt-TAB is pressed, usually it was reproducible on
Windows 8.

Other changes:
- In `update_fullscreen_state` the `reset window bounds` debug
message now reports client area size and position, instead of window area
size and position. This is done for consistency with debug messages
in handling fullscreen state above in this function, since they also print
window bounds of the client area.
- Refactored `gui_thread_reconfig`. Added a new window flag `fit_on_screen`
to fit the window on screen even when leaving fullscreen. This is needed
for the case when the new video opened while the window is still in the
fullscreen state.
- Moved parent and fullscreen state checks out from the WM_MOVING to
`snap_to_screen_edges` function for consistency with other functions.
There's no point in keeping these checks out of the function body.

James Ross-Gowan 7897f79217 input: merge mouse wheel and axis keycodes
Mouse wheel bindings have always been a cause of user confusion.
Previously, on Wayland and macOS, precise touchpads would generate AXIS
keycodes and notched mouse wheels would generate mouse button keycodes.
On Windows, both types of device would generate AXIS keycodes and on
X11, both types of device would generate mouse button keycodes. This
made it pretty difficult for users to modify their mouse-wheel bindings,
since it differed between platforms and in some cases, between devices.

To make it more confusing, the keycodes used on Windows were changed in
18a45a42d5 without a deprecation period or adequate communication to
users.

This change aims to make mouse wheel binds less confusing. Both the
mouse button and AXIS keycodes are now deprecated aliases of the new
WHEEL keycodes. This will technically break input configs on Wayland and
macOS that assign different commands to precise and non-precise scroll
events, but this is probably uncommon (if anyone does it at all) and I
think it's a fair tradeoff for finally fixing mouse wheel-related
confusion on other platforms.

James Ross-Gowan 957e9a37db input: use mnemonic names for mouse buttons
mpv's mouse button numbering is based on X11 button numbering, which
allows for an arbitrary number of buttons and includes mouse wheel input
as buttons 3-6. This button numbering was used throughout the codebase
and exposed in input.conf, and it was difficult to remember which
physical button each number actually referred to and which referred to
the scroll wheel.

In practice, PC mice only have between two and five buttons and one or
two scroll wheel axes, which are more or less in the same location and
have more or less the same function. This allows us to use names to
refer to the buttons instead of numbers, which makes input.conf syntax a
lot easier to remember. It also makes the syntax robust to changes in
mpv's underlying numbering. The old MOUSE_BTNx names are still
understood as deprecated aliases of the named buttons.

This changes both the input.conf syntax and the MP_MOUSE_BTNx symbols in
the codebase, since I think both would benefit from using names over
numbers, especially since some platforms don't use X11 button numbering
and handle different mouse buttons in different windowing system events.

This also makes the names shorter, since otherwise they would be pretty
long, and it removes the high-numbered MOUSE_BTNx_DBL names, since they
weren't used.

Names are the same as used in Qt:

James Ross-Gowan 037c7a9279 w32_common: handle media keys
This was attempted before in fc9695e63b, but it was reverted in
1b7ce759b1 because it caused conflicts with other software watching
the same keys (See #2041.) It seems like some PCs ship with OEM software
that watches the volume keys without consuming key events and this
causes them to be handled twice, once by mpv and once by the other
software.

In order to prevent conflicts like this, use the WM_APPCOMMAND message
to handle media keys. Returning TRUE from the WM_APPCOMMAND handler
should indicate to the operating system that we consumed the key event
and it should not be propogated to the shell. Also, we now only listen
for keys that are directly related to multimedia playback (eg. the
APPCOMMAND_MEDIA_* keys.) Keys like APPCOMMAND_VOLUME_* are ignored, so
they can be handled by the shell, or by other mixer software.

James Ross-Gowan 91079c0e2b w32_common: use sent messages to wake up the Win32 thread
Instead of PostMessage, use SendNotifyMessage from the SendMessage
family of functions to wake up the Win32 thread from the VO thread. When
a message is sent rather than posted between threads, it ends up in a
different queue which is processed before posted messages and can be
processed in more places. This prevents a playback glitch when clicking
on the titlebar, but not moving the window. With PostMessage-based
wakeups, VOCTRLs could be delayed for up to 500ms after the user clicks
on the titlebar, but with SendNotifyMessage, they still complete in
under a millisecond.

Also, instead of handling WM_USER, process the dispatch queue before
every message. This ensures the dispatch queue is processed as soon as
possible. WM_NULL is used to wake up the window procedure in case there
are no other messages being processed.

This was added in 3f268cc4f2 because it wasn't clear whether
WM_NCCREATE could be used to send a context pointer from CreateWindowEx
to the window procedure. WM_NCCREATE isn't always the first message sent
to a window, but this seems to be because of an undocumented but
well-known bug where, for top-level overlapped windows, a spurious
WM_GETMINMAXINFO arrives first instead. The WM_GETMINMAXINFO can be
safely ignored, so it is still okay to pass the context struct in
WM_NCCREATE.

James Ross-Gowan 18a45a42d5 w32_common: generate MP_AXIS_* keycodes for scrolling
Windows doesn't have a way to distinguish "precise" mouse wheel events
and events from regular notched mouse wheels. A notched wheel should
always send events with a delta of 120, but a precise wheel could also
happen to send 120 if multiple scroll events are coalesced (and to make
things even harder, some buggy Microsoft drivers send deltas less than
120, even for notched wheels.) Since there is no distinction, but
MP_AXIS_* keycodes can hold more information (the delta value,) send
MP_AXIS_* events for both kinds of mouse wheel scrolling.

James Ross-Gowan 3751065f97 win32: build with -DINITGUID
We always want to use __declspec(selectany) to declare GUIDs, but
manually including <initguid.h> in every file that used GUIDs was
error-prone. Since all <initguid.h> does is define INITGUID and include
<guiddef.h>, we can remove all references to <initguid.h> and just
compile with -DINITGUID to get the same effect.

Also, this partially reverts 622bcb0 by re-adding libuuid.a to the
build, since apparently some GUIDs (such as GUID_NULL) are not declared
in the source file, even when INITGUID is set.

wm4 8716c2e88f player: use better way to wait for input and dispatching commands
Instead of using input_ctx for waiting, use the dispatch queue directly.
One big change is that the dispatch queue will just process commands
that come in (e.g. from client API) without returning. This should
reduce unnecessary playloop excutions (which is good since the playloop
got a bit fat from rechecking a lot of conditions every iteration).

Since this doesn't force a new playloop iteration on every access, this
has to be enforced manually in some cases.

Normal input (via terminal or VO window) still wakes up the playloop
every time, though that's not too important. It makes testing this
harder, though. If there are missing wakeup calls, it will be noticed
only when using the client API in some form.

At this point we could probably use a normal lock instead of the
dispatch queue stuff.

James Ross-Gowan 31f28da0f3 w32_common: use hooks to detect parent window resize
Because VOCTRL_CHECK_EVENTS is processed asynchronously (as of 088a007,)
the GUI thread no longer gets regular wakeups, so the old check that
made sure the video window matched the parent window's size in --wid
embedding mode did not run very often. This made --wid embedding not
very usable.

Instead of polling for window size changes, use Windows hooks to react
to them when they happen. When the parent window is owned by the same
process as the video window, use a WH_CALLWNDPROC hook. When the parent
window is not owned by the same process, WinEvents must be used, which
are not as smooth, but still work for this purpose.

Since neither SetWindowsHookEx nor SetWinEventHook take a context
parameter to send data to the hook function, the hook functions must
find the child window by its class instead, so there are a few changes
to ensure this is fast and the class is unique.

This also fixes up the logic to handle window destruction. When a parent
window is destroyed, its children are also destroyed, so this gives us a
way to react to parent window destruction without polling.

wm4 088a0075c5 w32_common: don't wait for GUI thread when polling for events
VOCTRL_CHECK_EVENTS is called on every frame. This is by design, and is
supposed to check the event queue of the windowing API.

With the decoupled GUI thread in w32_common.c this doesn't make too much
sense, and the purpose of VOCTRL_CHECK_EVENTS is really reduced to
checking event flags. Even worse, waiting on the GUI thread can
interfere with playback, since win32 sometimes blocks the event loop
(e.g. clicking the window title bar).

Change the code such that we really only query the event flags. Use
atomics to avoid having to add a new mutex. (We assume we always have
real atomics available. The build system doesn't check this properly,
and it could fall back to dummy atomics, which are not atomic.)

Should help with #3393. Doesn't help if the core happens to send a
synchronous request, most commonly via VOCTRL_SET_CURSOR_VISIBILITY or
VOCTRL_UPDATE_PLAYBACK_STATE.

James Ross-Gowan 9fcc517cee win32: use HINST_THISCOMPONENT
This is a common idiom used in MSDN docs and Raymond Chen's example
programs to get a HINSTANCE for the current module, regardless of
whether it's an .exe or a .dll. Using GetModuleHandle(NULL) for this is
technically incorrect, since it always gets a handle to the .exe, even
when the executing code (in libmpv) is running in a .dll. In this case,
using the wrong HINSTANCE could cause namespace issues with window
classes, since CreateWindowEx uses the HINSTANCE to search for the
matching window class name.

James Ross-Gowan 622bcb0e37 win32: replace libuuid.a usage with initguid.h
Including initguid.h at the top of a file that uses references to GUIDs
causes the GUIDs to be declared globally with __declspec(selectany). The
'selectany' attribute tells the linker to consolidate multiple
definitions of each GUID, which would be great except that, in Cygwin
and MinGW GCC 6.1, this method of linking makes the GUIDs conflict with
the ones declared in libuuid.a.

Since initguid.h obsoletes libuuid.a in modern compilers that support
__declspec(selectany), add initguid.h to all files that use GUIDs and
remove libuuid.a from the build.
