143a63fd9e Fix and restructure fastmemcpybench. It is now one binary that runs all 
available memcpy variants and prints benchmark results about them.

15b605c690 Fix fastmemcpybench tools build: 
- HAVE_MMX and friends now have 0/1 values and are always defined.

276a73e2f2 Remove internal NuppelVideo decoder, the code in libavcodec can decode 
those files and some more and is far more maintainable.

48d2eb7209 Add explicit dependencies on generated header files for the object files along

b8c7c3ff11 Create a fmt-conversion.c file so fmt-conversion.h can be included by multiple files.

802f91138e On clean/distclean, remove binaries with all types of executable suffixes. 
This helps clean a tree completely before and after crosscompiling.
