9e15dfe7fc Provide DEMUXER_CTRL_GET_TIME_LENGTH and DEMUXER_CTRL_GET_PERCENT_POS. 
Might need some more fine-tuning.

b4f2bc353b Allow the user to set the $MPLAYER_HOME environment variable to point to the location 
were they want mplayer to store its configuration stuff.

6a970e783d gcc -dumpmachine outputs x86_64-something on some machines and 
amd64-something on others.  Handle both cases.  Fixes bug #325.

436fa6d0bd Switch from our own to the upstream DVD key caching strategy and directory. 
Should work just as well while reducing our diff towards upstream and
enhancing compatibility with external libdvdcss implementations.
