reimar 2cebf8eeb7 Add mpgl prefix to all OpenGL-related function pointers. 
This is necessary because at least the GetString symbol
causes clashes on PPC OSX 10.4, causing -vo gl to always
crash.

reimar cec22660c7 Change license terms for matrixview to GPLv2 "or later", all known 
authors have agreed to it, and current upstream (matrixgl.sourceforge.net)
was already relicensed as well.

reimar a7be2e180b Finally add matrixview vo. 
Heavily cleaned up/fixed etc. by me, improvements are still possible though.
