00323c06e2 Delete things related to old translation system 
Remove the help/ subdirectory, configure code to create toplevel
help_mp.h, and all the '#include "help_mp.h"' lines from .c files.

b0986b3760 Merge svn changes up to r30463 
Note that r30455 is wrong, that commit does not in fact change the
default behavior as claimed in the commit message. It only breaks
"-af-adv force=0", which was already pretty much useless though.

92b91439e0 Make ad_hwac3 independent of liba52. Needs a minor amount of code duplication, 
though that is already done that way for dts support in hwac3.

170d69a71e Make audio decoder description structs const 
Make the per-decoder struct ad_functions and its ->info struct
constants. Same for the mpcodecs_ad_drivers[] table of pointers to
those structs.

33ae3abe14 Support convert 14-bit DTS stream into 16-bit stream if needed, 
so we have space to add the IEC header for it.
DTS WAV/CD normally is 14-bit LE format, now we can passthrough it.

af7f992651 Copy AC-3 bsmod field into IEC data-type field as required by the specs 
Is not known to make any difference in practice (yet?).
Patch by Ulion (ulion2002 gmail com) minus a cast that seemed unnecessary
(beat me if I was wrong ;-) )
