b3554885a2 This patch adds direct rendering to vo_dfbmga. 
With only CRTC2 output all buffer setups are possible. If BES is used
only EXPORT and TEMP work. At least that's how I think it works :) IP/IPB
stuff was pretty much stolen from vo_xv.c.

d48e57b659 Switch containing options for DirectFB library was renamed to dfbopts. 
Layer selection is done as "subdevice" - integer nuber after -vo
directfb: where -1 is autodetection and 0,1,2... are for layers
example: mplayer -vo directfb:2 -dfbopts matrox-crtc2,matrox-tv-standard=pal *.avi

99e9abc246 Huge update, added native overlay support (no more need for dxr3view). 
This is still in testing state so I won't update the docs/Changelog just

2d602b345b Here's a new vo plugin that uses DirectFB. It's meant for Matrox G400 
cards and TV out. It's works like DVDMax in Windows.
Instructions on how to make it work are at:

e5947d8b27 here is a somewhat generic equalizer implementation for the X11 vo drivers 
using the window's colormap (DirectColor).
this method is using the video card's hardware gamma ramp so it involves
no performance penalties at all.

f5929b0a59 some card/mobo combos can't handle buffers larger than 128kB, we change the default buffer to 128kB, add warnings if the buffer becomes full, add a commandline option to enlarge the buffer and give suggestions to users to lessen the buffer size requirements (lower quality/resolution). 128kB should, however, be enough for everybody :-). Bug reported by Brain Edmonds, cause explained (to allow me to fix the driver) by Ronald Bultje (mjpegtools developer)

02244a1540 Prebuffering is no longer the default option. 
Switch :prebuf enables prebuffering, :noprebuf has been removed
Added new sync-engine, activate it with :sync
Rewrote commandline parser to be more intelligent (no need for an
internal structure of commands)
Replaced prebuf variable with spubuf, this name was real confusing. I
did not add this variable.
