cleanup: silence some clang warnings

Cosmetics: vo_mpegpes.c: Fix strange space placement

Avoids clang warning that =- might have been intended as -=.

vo_jpeg: Use "const char *" type for paths.
Fixes a clang warning due to sign mismatch when calling open().
