ae7b1c2ea6 rtmp, hls: fix wrong timestamp computation that happened at 28h28m

26facc24f2 rtsp server: write UDP packets in parallel. 
A goroutine writer is allocated for each session and
for each multicast stream.

This increases bandwidth and prevents freezes caused
by lagging readers.
