Louis Peens 0783fb952f nfp: add symlink for mixed mode Agilio CX 2x25GbE cards

This adds support for running Netronome Agilio CX 2x25GbE cards
in mixed mode for the flower firmware, where one port is set
to 10G and the other to 25G.
