Updated sos firmware causes problems with kernel 4.19. Need to
figure out what breaks with that kernel and backport the fix,
until then, revert it.

This reverts commit ec4b0cd394472ee1491df6ef5f215d1f0953f836.
This causes GPU hangs for some users. Let's revert for now
while we try and root cause the issue.
